Learning Japanese
So yeah. Haven't learned enough to carry on a decent conversation YET, but between Rosetta Stone and Japanese Coach for the DSi things should go at a steady pace! I just have to get a padlock for my spot at work so that no one will get the bright idea to swipe my DSi, and then I can learn Japanese on lunch break at work.
So yeah, It's all good. Still haven't had the time to make an appt. with the eye doctor but Rami has vacation in a week so we're going to do it then.
I haven't done much drawing except for a quick and inspiring tattoo design for a coworker (pictures will be on my Facebook of the completed work!) but I plan to just sit about and draw my socks off today. I've got some more characters I want to lay on paper, as well as some that I've already drawn that I just want to draw more. Like Bleach and Kandi. And Ash...
Ash is my fan character for Rami's story that he did a few years ago who actually became a legitimate character and linchpin for the next installment of the story. She's a strike angel who wears golden full plate. She fights with clawed gauntlets and an enormous heavenly maul, plus magical fire. I also took the concept of the Phoenix and incorporated it into her character. After every mission into hell, she self-immolates to burn the taint from her soul and is reborn pure again.
Ahhhhh I need to draw some more!! *doodle doodle doodle* Keep your eyes on my Facebook and FA for new sketchies n stuff.

The same scenario exists for homosexuals, masochists, bondage fetishists, and many other groups of people. There are always those that feel they need to force others to accept them by being nuisance about it. But just because a few gay folks like to annoy people by throwing their already obvious lifestyle in people's faces doesn't mean I actively seek to attack them.
The simple act of going out of your way to visit someone's gallery and leave nasty comments shows that this is a bit more than just stumbling across a picture. Nothing about this person's gallery was "shoved down your throat", and yet you were rude and vulgar. I won't attempt to minimize any bad experiences you've had with the internet and furry exploits, but if you have that sort of personal disposition, shouldn't you concentrate your effort on those that deliberately seek to throw furry content in your face rather than attacking a lone DA artist who isn't really trying to force anything down anyone's throats? This artist is simply expressing what they like on a site that encourages that, and in no way has she gone out of her way to make you or anyone else see it.
Anyway, I just hope I've made a solid enough point, even if I don't sway your own opinion at all.
